Scott was exactly what people WANT but can’t find in an agent. Honest, with integrity, profound knowledge of building practices/codes (as he’s a former builder himself) and he’s just a genuine all-around good person. I was selling my place in the summer, which is generally a rather slow time for sales. Scott was very through threw out this process, always keeping in good contact.
